Anything that can be shared about Delta products? Medical? Anything? I'm sure I'm not the only one who would appreciate it. Thanks in advance, Pack Rat

Can I trouble someone for the links that were in the chat and the links to both the federal and state statutes that affect the delta 8/10 stuff? I didn't want to break away from the conversation to chase em down. Thanks in advance, Cody

Where to start?.. We watched as other shops dipped their toes into delta 8/10 sales and there was zero law enforcement back lash. So we jumped in. The Kansas AG's opinion came out and we're in an awkward spot. We're not sneaking around trying to act like a bodaga from the movie "Half Baked" so I call both the county attorney and the head of the I70 drug task force. It isn't as though a brick & mortor shop can get in a foot race with an officer... Both of them are using the language in the law that prohibited the JWH-18/73 compounds. They interpret delta 8/10 as a cannabis analog as defined there, and as such it's prohibited by that Kansas statute. I believe the Kansas AG is riding the same horse. Where I approached them for clarification, they've both been respectful enough to not kick in the door, but both also said that if we're having the same conversation in a couple of months, their response will be different. Honestly, I think the county AG was surprised when I told him our average customer was 48 years old or so. He hasn't seen an increase in DUIs, or any of the other periferal crimes associated with hard drugs. But, he has a role to fill given his position. K2 was prohibited in or around 2012 and the Federal Hemp bill was 2018. Can someone with a better understanding than I explore this or send me a link to how the Farm bill altered Kansas law or maybe this can be explored in the Zoom Sunday. I'd expect Kansas would have to legislate it illegal, publish it in the paper of record, and wait two weeks, to trump the federal law that is both more recent and contradicts a 10 year old Kansas law. Please help me get my brain around this so I don't wear the ol connected bracelets. Hell. I might even take on that fight if I could disentangle the shop from it. There are 4 or 5 employees who consider this their primary source of income. I do as well of course. Appreciate it, Cody KK
